We know how much heart goes into an outdoor gathering—and how much worry a rain forecast can bring. Our pickleball court offers a possible backup space, with arrangements discussed in advance to suit your guest count and event setup.
For our son’s wedding, we made a backup plan, prayed, and, by the good Lord’s grace, the rain passed around us. We can’t promise sunshine, but we will work with you on a practical plan.
Before you book, we’ll explain what the backup space can accommodate and any additional setup needs or costs.

What does the rental include?
Tell us your event type, preferred date and approximate guest count. We’ll discuss the space, rental hours, team support, setup and cleanup responsibilities, and anything you would arrange separately before you book.
Is there parking on the property?
Yes, on-site parking is available. During your visit, we’ll walk through the arrival route and parking arrangements for your guests and vendors.
What happens if rain is forecast?
We’ll discuss a weather plan in advance, including whether the pickleball court suits your event’s size and setup. Backup arrangements and any additional costs should be settled before booking.
Can we bring catering, entertainment or other vendors?
Bring your preferred vendors and ideas into the planning conversation. We’ll confirm suitability, access, setup needs and arrangements for your specific event. The local directory below is a starting point for your search.
How many guests can the space accommodate?
Share your expected guest count and whether you’re planning seated dining, a ceremony, live music or another layout. We’ll confirm the suitable capacity for the event space and weather-backup arrangement with you.
What about restrooms, electricity and accessibility?
