Weddings & celebrations
Weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, anniversaries, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras and sweet sixteens—an outdoor wedding venue in South Jersey with room to make the day personal.
Birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, retirement celebrations, family reunions, holiday gatherings and backyard-style barbecues. A private event venue that feels like your own backyard, only with more room.
Charity fundraisers, church and school gatherings, benefit concerts, vendor markets, food-truck events and community celebrations. If you are looking for a fundraiser venue in South Jersey, we would rather partner with your cause than simply rent you a field.
Company picnics, employee appreciation days, team-building events, networking gatherings, awards and product launches. A corporate event venue in South Jersey without the banquet-hall formality.
You bring the dream. Our team helps you explore the possibilities, work through the details, and put a plan together.
We’re committed to listening closely, being clear about what we can provide, and following through on what we promise. Before you book, we’ll discuss the support included in your rental and any additional arrangements.
Right here in Burlington County
A South Jersey venue with room to breathe.
We are a family-run South Jersey event venue: an open lawn and wooded property in Pemberton, New Jersey, an easy drive from Mount Holly, Medford, Browns Mills, Marlton and the rest of Burlington County, and within reach of the greater Philadelphia area. Whether you are searching for an outdoor wedding venue in South Jersey, a private event venue for a milestone birthday, or simply an outdoor event space where your people can spread out under the sky, we would love to walk the property with you.
Because this is a blank canvas rather than a banquet hall, you are not paying for a package you never asked for. We talk about your budget early and honestly, which is often what makes an affordable wedding venue in South Jersey possible at all: you decide how simple or how elaborate the day becomes, and we help you get there.
When our son got married here, this property became the setting for one of our family’s most treasured days. We know how much thought, hope and heart go into bringing people together—and we bring that same care to helping you welcome yours.
Your people. Your kind of celebration.

A plan for the forecast.
We know how much heart goes into an outdoor gathering—and how much worry a rain forecast can bring. Our pickleball court offers a possible backup space, with arrangements discussed in advance to suit your guest count and event setup.
For our son’s wedding, we made a backup plan, prayed, and, by the good Lord’s grace, the rain passed around us. We can’t promise sunshine, but we will work with you on a practical plan.
Before you book, we’ll explain what the backup space can accommodate and any additional setup needs or costs.
Before you plan
Good questions. Clear conversations.
What does the rental include?
Tell us your event type, preferred date and approximate guest count. We’ll discuss the space, rental hours, team support, setup and cleanup responsibilities, and anything you would arrange separately before you book.
Is there parking on the property?
Yes, on-site parking is available. During your visit, we’ll walk through the arrival route and parking arrangements for your guests and vendors.
What happens if rain is forecast?
We’ll discuss a weather plan in advance, including whether the pickleball court suits your event’s size and setup. Backup arrangements and any additional costs should be settled before booking.
Can we bring catering, entertainment or other vendors?
Bring your preferred vendors and ideas into the planning conversation. We’ll confirm suitability, access, setup needs and arrangements for your specific event. The local vendor directory below is a starting point for your search.
How many guests can the space accommodate?
Share your expected guest count and whether you’re planning seated dining, a ceremony, live music or another layout. We’ll confirm the suitable capacity for the event space and weather-backup arrangement with you.
What about restrooms, electricity and accessibility?
These are part of the property walkthrough. Let us know your guests’ access needs and your vendors’ power and restroom requirements so we can explain the available facilities and any arrangements needed.
It starts with a conversation

We chose Valenzano wine for our son’s wedding—a beautiful evening filled with family, friendship and music. We’re proud to introduce you to our dear friends at Valenzano Winery in Shamong, New Jersey.
Explore local options for the finishing touches. Contact each business directly for availability, pricing and arrangements. These listings are a starting point, not an exhaustive directory or a list of venue partners. Once you have a shortlist, tell John what you are planning and we will talk through access, power and setup for each vendor.
